Your reservation will be accepted and guaranteed once we have received your valid credit card number, cardholders name and card expiry date as supplied at the time the reservation is made. We accept all major Credit Cards. New Zealand banking laws require that all credit card transactions be charged in New Zealand currency.
Unless advised otherwise, we require 24 hours notice of cancellation that applies to the full term of your reservation. If you have to cancel at short notice, or when guests fail to arrive, every endeavor will be made to re-let your booking, however if we are unsuccessful then you will be responsible for the balance owing.
